6. Fees and Payments

  • Pricing: The pricing for our Services will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or proposal. By agreeing to our Service Agreement, you accept the pricing terms, which may include setup fees, ongoing maintenance fees, and additional costs for third-party services (e.g., hosting, domain registration, etc.).

  • Payment Terms: Payments for Services are due as specified in the Service Agreement. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified. Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

  • Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds on fees already paid unless explicitly stated in the Service Agreement. Any refunds will be at the sole discretion of QuickBuild Web Solutions, Inc.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and confidential information disclosed during the course of our relationship. This includes, but is not limited to, business plans, technical information, and financial data. This confidentiality obligation will survive the termination of our agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickBuild Web Solutions, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to our Services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific Service that gave rise to the claim, in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.

Upon termination, your access to our Services will cease, and any outstanding payments owed will become due immediately.

Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Delaware, United States. Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and the decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
